Artistic Director & Co-Founder
A former principal dancer with years of professional experience, Katie co-founded Solstice in 2026 with a vision of creating a conservatory where technical excellence and creative expression exist in perfect harmony. Her choreography has been performed across stages nationwide, and her students have gone on to dance with companies worldwide.
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Michael brings a unique blend of artistic vision and business acumen to Solstice. His philosophy that discipline and creativity must coexist forms the foundation of the conservatory's approach. He oversees the strategic direction of the school while maintaining close involvement with curriculum development.
Head of Ballet
Trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School, Isabella danced professionally for 15 years before transitioning to teaching. She specializes in classical technique and pointe work.
Jazz & Musical Theatre Director
A Broadway veteran with credits including Chicago and Hamilton, Jordan brings theatrical energy and professional industry insight to every class.
Contemporary Faculty
Aisha's movement practice is rooted in Release technique and somatic work. She creates spaces for dancers to discover their unique voice through embodied exploration.
Hip Hop & Street Styles
An internationally recognized b-boy and choreographer, David has competed worldwide and worked with major recording artists. He teaches authentic street dance culture and technique.
Ballet Faculty
Former soloist with the Bolshoi Ballet, Natasha brings the rich tradition of Russian classical training to her students while nurturing each dancer's individual artistry.
Lyrical & Contemporary Faculty
Known for his emotionally charged choreography, Michael has worked in film and television, bringing a cinematic sensibility to his teaching.
Youth Program Coordinator
Sarah specializes in early childhood dance education, creating joyful, age-appropriate experiences that build foundational skills and a lifelong love of dance.

A certified Pilates instructor and former professional dancer, Robert designs cross-training programs that enhance strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
